Oyster man got himself a separate fridge for oyster samples! Hooray for ocean smell not infiltrating all the other food!
FOILED AGAIN! (Good one Adam). A regular at the truck, Adam, apparently has an affinity for obscurely sexual food items and chooses to exclude certain bits of information when telling me about “oyster” products oyster man should know about…. like MOUNTAIN OYSTERS.
I’ve labeled this as a WTF food, but I’ve seen enough of these guys over the years to be willing to try them. I like getting offal on it.
